We are just not trying to organize but disrupt the industry completely using technology and process - creating the playbook for the industry.
● Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.
● Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital.
Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager to build, scale, and optimize our social media presence across platforms. The ideal candidate understands content, growth, performance marketing, and analytics, and can connect brand storytelling with measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a platform-specific social media strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube).
• Create campaigns around home-building journeys, customer testimonials, site updates, and educational content.
• Drive organic growth and improve engagement rates.
• Manage community conversations and handle queries/comments professionally.
• Work on influencer collaborations.
• Execute localised campaigns for city-based lead generation.
• Provide weekly dashboards and performance insights.
• Continuously optimize based on data and trends.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
• Create monthly content calendars and campaign plans.
• Identify target audiences and platform-specific strategies.
• Conduct competitor and trend analysis.
• Plan and oversee creation of posts, reels, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and content writers.
• Write compelling captions and optimize content for engagement.
• Maintain brand voice consistency across platforms.
Must-Have Skills
• 3+ years experience in Social Media Management.
• Experience handling real estate / construction / home decor / D2C brands preferred.
• Ability to convert complex construction concepts into simple, engaging content.
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills.
