Role We are looking for an experienced SEO Team Leader who will be responsible for managing SEO projects end-to-end handling client communication leading a team of SEO executives and interns and delivering measurable organic growth The candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients and take complete ownership of SEO performance and results Roles ResponsibilitiesProject Client Management Take complete ownership of assigned SEO projects from onboarding to delivery Coordinate with the business team during project closure and get formally introduced to the client Collect and submit all required documents credentials and inputs at the start of the project Conduct client kickoff meetings explain strategy timelines and deliverables Act as the main point of contact for client communication updates and reporting Lead client meetings monthly review calls and performance presentations Team Leadership Management Lead guide and mentor SEO executives juniors and interns Assign daily weekly and monthly SEO tasks and ensure timely completion Create and manage internal communication groups WhatsApp Slack for project coordination Review team work including on-page off-page technical SEO and content optimization Manage team attendance leaves and workload distribution Train juniors and interns to improve technical and strategic SEO skills SEO Strategy Execution Create SEO strategies based on business goals industry trends and competitor analysis Perform keyword research site audits and technical SEO analysis Ensure proper on-page SEO off-page SEO and content optimization Coordinate with the content team for SEO-friendly blogs website content and landing pages Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices Reporting Accountability Prepare and share weekly and monthly SEO reports with clients and management Track KPIs such as rankings traffic leads and conversions Ensure transparency in reporting and realistic expectation setting Preferred Qualifications Experience managing a team of SEO executives and interns Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment Ability to handle 6-8 clients simultaneously Basic understanding of PPC social media and website development added advantage Job Type Full time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Commuter assistance Paid sick time Paid time off Work Location In person
