Join Our Team at BRICKS 4 KIDZ! Position: Teacher/Instructor Location: RS Puram, Coimbatore. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month About Us: At BRICKS 4 KIDZ®, we are passionate about children’s education and committed to providing extraordinary programs where children can build unique creations and have fun learning STEM and Robotics using LEGO® Bricks. We are currently recruiting dynamic, motivated, and passionate individuals to join our team! Key Responsibilities: Work with Children: Provide a safe, nurturing, and welcoming learning environment for preschool and school-aged children (3-13 years old). Must be comfortable and skilled in handling younger children as well. Curriculum Engagement: Willingness to train and become familiar with the B4K curriculum, ensuring activities are developmentally appropriate and engaging. STEAM Knowledge: Basic familiarity and interest in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math (STEAM). Facilitation: Capable of facilitating both group sessions and one-on-one activities, planning and conducting workshops, in-school programs, and other events. Childcare Quality: Committed to delivering high-quality child care experiences for both children and their families. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally for workshops or events. Team Collaboration: Willingness to collaborate with teammates and adapt to various situations. Confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality regarding families, children, and staff. Progress Tracking: Able to track student progress, create reports, and provide timely feedback. Qualifications: Education: BSc in Computer Science, Physics or Electronics, Bachelor's in Engineering, or basic coding skills required. Experience: Working with preschool and school-aged children (1 year preferred). Skills preferred: Robotics knowledge Child Interaction: Must be good with children and capable of handling younger kids effectively. Language: Proficiency in English is required.
