We are looking for an experienced and results-driven IT Sales/BD Executive with 6-10 years of proven expertise in IT consulting and services sales. The candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, managing client relationships, and leading sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the global market. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals and revenue targets. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in IT Contract Staffing (good to have) and IT Services (must have). • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. (must have). • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, negotiations, and closures. (must have). • Collaborate with technical teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements. (good to have). • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales approaches. (good to have). • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for senior management. (good to have). • Should be able to generate new leads (clients) every month. (must have). • Possesses in-depth knowledge of the IT market landscape and emerging technologies, with the ability to advise clients on trending IT skills and their respective market value. (good to have). Requirements: • Hands-on experience in account management, client handling, and client acquisition (must have). • Having good connections with top-notch HRs, CEOs, CFOs, and decision makers. (must have). • Should be willing to travel Pan-India/globally to meet clients and expand business. (must have). • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT sales/business development. (must have). • Minimum 4+ years in C2H (contractual to hire) staffing sales in the global market. (good to have). • Minimum 3 years of experience in USA market sales. (must have). • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. (must have). • Ability to develop strategic accounts and manage C-level relationships. (must have). • Self-motivated with strong business acumen and problem-solving skills. (must have). • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. (must have).
