Lead Generation Executive / Freight Broker

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Freight Broker / Lead Generation Executive to join our growing logistics team. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 6+ months of experience in international sales who are looking to build a long-term career in the US logistics industry. Responsibilities • Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and outbound outreach (US market) • Develop new shipper relationships and maintain follow-ups • Coordinate with carriers and internal operations team • Negotiate rates with shippers and carriers (training provided if needed) • Maintain accurate records in CRM/TMS systems • Meet daily/weekly performance and revenue targets • Provide shipment updates and ensure smooth coordination Qualifications • Minimum 6+ months of experience in international sales (US market preferred) • Strong English communication skills (spoken & written) • Comfortable with cold calling and lead generation • Target-oriented and self-motivated • Ability to work in US shift (night shift IST) • Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM systems) What We Offer • Competitive salary + performance-based incentives • Growth opportunities in US logistics industry • Training and mentorship • Supportive and performance-driven work environment Interested candidates can apply with their updated resume.
