Must be graduation. For DM at least 2+ yrs. of field sales experience. Industries can be tapped(Telecom, Life insurance, Retail, Pharma, Hospitality, Automobiles, Real Estate) For DM, candidates must have Life Insurance /BFSI experience. Must be localite Age between 25 years to 45 years Must have two wheeler Recruit Advisors/Agents/Financial Partners form own reference or through activities. Provide training on customer handling, sales pitch on product. Develop advisors/Financial partners for their promotions. Groom advisors/Financial partners on their personality. Provide leadership and management training to financial Partners. Maintaining team productivity and achieving team, individual targets. Educating the prospect on our and competition products.
