As the Manager, Finance Planning & Analysis GPS at Bristol Myers Squibb in Hyderabad, you will play a pivotal role in executing, governing, and developing Operations processes across the organization. Your ability to collaborate with process stakeholders and peer process owners will ensure effective and efficient process operations, as well as the identification and leverage of cross-process synergies. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Perform FP&A Management Reporting activities for regional and senior management consumption - Build budgets, forecasts, and projections for the markets - Provide thorough analyses to highlight key trends/variances and their rationale - Prepare presentations for budget & projection reviews - Analyze monthly actual variances vs. budget/projection - Execute special projects and ad-hoc analyses for effective outcomes • *Process standardization and improvement:** - Support the Director, FP&A Operations in defining and executing a global strategy for policies, processes, and technologies - Collaborate with data owners/stewards to align on process and data issues - Propose and lead management reporting forecasting improvement projects - Identify, design, and incorporate industry-leading practices into standard operations within the Hyderabad Hub - Maintain a culture of continuous improvement at all levels of the organization • *Relationship Management and Teaming:** - Collaborate with Corporate FP&A to ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures - Build and maintain relationships at all levels throughout the organization - Establish an external network to stay updated on best practices and technologies - Ensure timely delivery of work with high quality and accuracy • *Risk Management:** - Anticipate needs, assess and manage business risk, and escalate issues impacting management reporting process globally • *Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field; Masters Degree preferred - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in FP&A capacity - Proficiency in management reporting processes and system capabilities - Experience in multinational organizations and collaborating with global teams - Strong communication skills and proficiency in English - Ability and willingness to travel internationally as needed If you believe you possess the skills and experience to excel in this role, even if your background doesn't align perfectly, we encourage you to apply.
