Part-Time Recruiter (Evening Shift)

This is a remote position. We are looking for motivated Part-Time Recruiters to help us find top talent for International Call Centres. If you have a sharp ear for communication and want a productive side-hustle, we want to hear from you! The Basics: • Hours: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (6 days working, Mondays OFF) • Role: Finding and calling candidates when they are off work. • Salary: 10,000 Fixed + Uncapped Incentives • Location: [Remote] Your Tasks: • Search for candidates for International Call Center roles. • Make initial calls to check interest and skills. • Evaluate candidates strictly based on their verbal communication and fluency. • Set up interviews for the hiring team. Requirements • Excellent communication skills (Native/Advanced level). • Ability to accurately judge a candidate's speech and clarity. • Comfortable making phone calls. • Reliable and able to work the full 5–9 PM window. • Comfortable working for 6 days (ONLY MONDAYS WILL BE OFF) How to Apply Interested?
