While we welcome complete freshers, you must have the confidence to pitch digital services to business owners and C-level executives. You will not be left to figure it out alone—we provide comprehensive guidance and training on how to research prospects, find high-quality leads, and handle professional conversations. Your goal is to move beyond simple "script reading" to become a consultant who understands client needs and convincingly presents the value of our client's digital services. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Key Responsibilities • Guided Lead Generation: Use provided strategies and internet research methods to find high-quality prospects, including their contact details, email IDs, and phone numbers. • Professional Outreach: Conduct telecalling and digital outreach (LinkedIn/Email) to engage with decision-makers. • Strategic Pitching: Confidently pitch services such as Website Design, SEO, and Social Media Marketing, focusing on clearing client doubts and building trust. • Data Management: Accurately update and manage Google Sheets to track communication logs, daily performance, and lead statuses. • Continuous Learning: Participate in training sessions to master internal workflows, research hacks, and persuasion techniques. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Requirements • Bilingual Mastery: Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
