Executive Chef - Continental

The ideal candidate is a seasoned chef with a background in fine dining. You will run an efficient kitchen by consistently looking to improve the menu, producing quality food, and working closely with restaurant managers in the overall food and beverage operations of the restaurant. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef at Bruno's Cafe in Jalandhar. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating innovative Continental dishes, managing kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and presentation standards are met. Qualifications Culinary skills in Continental cuisine Experience in kitchen management and staff supervision Menu planning and recipe development skills Food safety and sanitation knowledge Creativity and attention to detail in food presentation Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
