DKAM – Dealer Key Account ManagerKey Responsibilities: • Manage and develop assigned dealer accounts to achieve sales targets. • Ensure primary and secondary sales growth in the assigned territory. • Maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and key stakeholders. • Monitor dealer performance (Sales, Service, Spare Parts). • Ensure timely billing, payments, and outstanding recovery. • Track dealer stock levels and ensure proper inventory management. • Implement company schemes, promotions, and marketing activities at dealer level. • Monitor retail performance and market share growth. • Ensure dealer compliance with company policies and SOPs. • Conduct regular dealer visits and performance review meetings. • Identify new business opportunities and expansion potential. • Resolve dealer issues and provide timely support. • Submit daily/weekly/monthly MIS and performance reports. • Monitor customer satisfaction and CPSC scores at dealer outlets. Job Type: Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: • Paid sick time • Provident Fund Language: • English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
