Social Media Marketing Executive (Construction Industry – Remote USA , Kerala Based)

We are a Houston, Texas–based Construction & Remodeling Company specializing in flooring, remodeling, and MEP services. We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Executive from Kerala to manage our social media presence remotely. Job Responsibilities: • Manage and update Instagram and Facebook accounts • Create engaging posts, reels, and captions • Post project updates (before/after photos, videos, site progress) • Develop weekly content calendar • Improve engagement and followers • Generate business leads through social media • Perform basic competitor analysis • Assist with basic SEO and local marketing if required • Submit monthly performance report Requirements: • 1–2 years experience in Social Media Marketing • Experience in construction / remodeling / flooring industry preferred • Strong knowledge of Instagram & Facebook management • Basic understanding of SEO and local marketing • Knowledge of Canva or similar content creation tools • Good English communication skills • Self-motivated and result-driven • Ability to understand U.S. (Houston, Texas) market competition Application Requirements: Please share the following: • 2 Instagram/Facebook pages you have managed • Portfolio of previous work • Brief explanation of how you generate leads through social media • Expected joining date EMAIL : joy.buildex@gmail.com, joy.divinetech@gmail.com Shortlisted candidates will be given a small practical task before final selection.
