The role requires strong exposure to contractors, project management, and revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Client & Project Management: • Manage contractors, EPC clients, consultants, and vendors • Oversee project execution: timelines, cost, quality • Conduct site reviews, project meetings, and progress tracking Procurement & Contracts: • Coordinate tendering, vendor selection, and bid evaluation • Review BOQs, specifications, and contracts • Handle change orders, claims, and contractor performance Sales & Targets: • Drive business development and client acquisition • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets • Build sales pipeline and improve conversion • Cross-sell procurement & financing solutions • Manage key accounts and generate repeat business Requirements • 10+ years in Construction / EPC / Infra / Real Estate/Building materials • Strong experience in client handling + sales/targets • Exposure to large-scale projects • Client-side / PMC experience preferred Education • B.E./B.Tech • MBA – Preferred Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Work Location: In person
