Role Description This is a full time remote role for an Entry Level Engineer. The Entry Level Engineer will assist in the design, development, and implementation of building automation and control system projects. Daily tasks include creating technical drawings, reviewing blueprints, conducting basic testing of system components, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves collaborating with team members to meet project timelines and ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Qualifications Proficiency in technical design, drafting, and ability to work with engineering blueprints Fundamental understanding of HVAC systems, building automation, or related technologies Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and technologies Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field preferred) Experience with AutoCAD, electrical schematics, or similar tools is a plus Knowledge of programming or control system software is a preferred qualification
