We’re crafting digital-first storytelling that matches Buildskill’s products. The Video Content Creator will lead our visual identity across digital platforms. What You’ll Do Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and create video content for YouTube and social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more). Produce brand videos that communicate the Buildskill message, values, and tone effectively. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects , or similar tools from raw footage to high-quality publish-ready files. Stay updated on social media video trends and adapt content formats for Reels/Shorts vs. YouTube long-form. Collaborate with the marketing and product teams on campaign-based storytelling. Manage or onboard external vendors/agencies/freelancers for shoots and production when needed. Travel occasionally for on-location shoots, customer stories, events, and product demos. Ensure all video communication aligns with brand visual guidelines and quality benchmarks. Who You Are Minimum 3 years of professional experience in video production, editing, and content creation. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) . Eye for strong visual and storytelling aesthetics. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable balancing multiple projects under tight timelines. Flexible for travel and shoots (domestic).
