Support Lead – Calling Process

We are looking for a Support Lead – Calling Process who has experience in software sales and basic IT knowledge. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in selling software or IT-related services and should be comfortable communicating with clients over calls. Key Responsibilities: • Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist clients. • Promote and sell company software/services to potential customers. • Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions. • Guide customers regarding product features and benefits. • Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and follow-ups. • Support the team in achieving sales and service targets. • Coordinate with the technical team when required. Requirements: • Candidates with previous experience in software sales or IT-related products will be preferred. • Basic knowledge of IT/software is mandatory. • Good communication skills in English and Hindi. • Experience in telecalling, customer support, or sales process. • Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
