Cafe Manager

• Key responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining health and safety standards, scheduling, training employees, and handling customer service. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and financial skills. • Operations Management: Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly operations to ensure smooth functioning, including opening/closing procedures. • Staff Management: Recruit, train, mentor, and schedule baristas and kitchen staff, enforcing company policies and performance standards. • Customer Experience: Deliver superior customer service, promptly resolve complaints, and foster a welcoming atmosphere. • Inventory & Financials: Manage inventory levels, order supplies (milk, coffee, food items), monitor daily costs, and ensure profitability. • Safety & Maintenance: Enforce strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring equipment (coffee machines, etc.) is maintained. • Marketing: Implement promotional strategies and update menus based on seasonal preferences and trends. • Menu & Quality Control: Plan new menu items based on seasonality and customer preferences. Maintain strict food safety and sanitation standards.
