Job Description: As an Non-IT Recruiter at CAFSInfotech, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, identifying, and recruiting top-tier Non-IT talents. Working closely with hiring managers, you will contribute to building a dynamic team and support the growth of our organization. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract, screen, and recruit Non-IT professionals. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals. • Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and create detailed job descriptions. • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future opportunities. • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments to ensure a proactive and competitive recruitment approach. • Negotiate offers and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
