Payday loan Sales Team Leader

Job Role & Responsibilities: • Lead a team handling approved Personal Loan cases from approval to disbursal • Ensure TAT adherence, quality checks (KYC & documentation) • Handle customer communication (ROI, EMI, charges & disbursal process) • Ensure process compliance & accuracy • Prepare and manage daily MIS & reporting • Handle escalations & process improvements • Coordinate with Credit, Sales & Compliance teams 🔹 Requirements: ✔ Strong knowledge of Personal Loan & Digital Lending operations ✔ Experience in Disbursal & customer handling ✔ Dialer & data management expertise ✔ Strong leadership & MIS skills (Excel / LMS) ✔ Graduate (Mandatory)
