Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Home Healthcare Nurse to provide high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes across Mumbai. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, assisting with daily medical needs, and coordinating with doctors and family members to ensure optimal patient care. Key Responsibilities: • Provide in-home nursing care as per physician’s instructions • Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, blood sugar, etc.) • Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and wound care • Manage post-surgical care, catheter care, tracheostomy care, and feeding tubes (if applicable) • Maintain accurate patient records and daily progress reports • Educate family members about patient care and medication schedules • Coordinate with doctors and healthcare teams for updates • Handle emergency situations calmly and appropriately • Ensure hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards • Be willing to work in rotational shifts, including day and night shifts, based on patient care requirements Eligibility Criteria Qualification: ANM / GNM / B.Sc. Nursing (Mandatory) Registration: Valid Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) registration Experience: • Minimum 1–2 years of clinical or hospital experience preferred • Experience in ICU, elderly care, or home healthcare is an added advantage Skills Required: • Strong clinical skills • Good communication in Hindi/English (Marathi preferred) • Compassionate and patient-centric approach • Ability to work independently Documents Required: Candidates must submit the following documents at the time of application/interview: • Updated Resume • Nursing Degree/Diploma Certificate • Maharashtra Nursing Council Registration Certificate • Government ID Proof (Aadhar Card / PAN Card) • Passport-size Photographs (2 copies) • Previous Employment Experience Letters (if applicable) • Police Verification Certificate (mandatory for home visits) • COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Experience: • Nursing: 2 years (Preferred) License/Certification: • Maharashtra Nursing Council (MNC) (Preferred) Work Location: In person
