Staff Nurse / Skin Therapist (India)

Overview: Calyx Skin Lab is a premium hair and skin clinic located in Bangalore. We offer a range of services spanning clinical and aesthetic dermatology, including laser hair reduction, Q switch, MNRF, Fractional CO2, injectables (Botox, fillers, threads), chemical peels, hydrafacials, PRP, QR 678, hair transplants, IV therapies, dermatosurgery, etc. Location: Sahakarnagar, Bangalore, on-site 6 days a week Required profile:Individual with degree/diploma in nursing, ideally with prior relevant experience in skin and hair clinics Key responsibilities: - Perform procedures such as laser hair reduction, hydrafacials and IV line insertion with guidance from a doctor - Assist doctors in carrying out various procedures including minor surgeries, laser treatments, injectibles, etc. - Prepare surgical equipment sets for procedures and handle sterilization of surgicals and equipment post the procedure - Ensure all equipment is maintained in good working condition, keeping track of annual and periodic maintenance schedules - Support the Clinic Manager in ensuring optimal inventory levels of consumables and retail products by carrying out stock checks - Engage patients before, during and after the procedure to ensure a friendly and welcoming atmosphere - Maintain the highest levels of patient satisfaction, hygiene and quality in the clinic, in line with defined standards - Support the Clinic Manager with patient engagement at the front desk, billing and invoicing as required Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
