Role Objective:
Candor Textiles is seeking experienced Independent sales representatives or commission-based agents to represent our Sewing Division in the United States, Europe and Australia.
The objective is to leverage existing relationships and industry networks to onboard established lifestyle, outdoor and heritage brands as long-term OEM manufacturing clients.
This is a partnership-driven, commission-based engagement — ideal for professionals who already operate as sourcing consultants, buying agents or brand representatives and want to add a solid Indian manufacturing partner to their portfolio.

Scope of Representation
The Independent Representative will:
Global OEM Client Acquisition
- Introduce Candor to established American and European brands
- Secure sampling opportunities and trial production orders
- Convert leads into structured long-term supply relationships
- Open conversations with sourcing heads, product directors and brand founders
Relationship & Deal Facilitation
- Facilitate communication between brand teams and Candor
- Support development discussions, pricing alignment and negotiations
- Help close bulk OEM agreements
- Maintain long-term client relationships in-region
Market Intelligence
- Provide insights on sourcing trends, pricing expectations and competitor positioning
- Identify category opportunities (outdoor, heritage, utility, workwear, industrial etc.)
Ideal Representative Profile
We are looking for individuals or agencies who:
- Already operate as sourcing agents or sales representatives
- Have 7+ years in international B2B textile or sewn-product manufacturing
- Have an active network within US or EU brands
- Understand OEM/export manufacturing models
- Have worked with apparel, bags, outdoor gear or industrial textile brands
- Are comfortable dealing with sourcing heads and brand leadership
- Can independently open and nurture accounts
This role suits professionals who already represent factories or manage sourcing portfolios and want to expand their offering with a strong Indian partner.
Engagement Structure
This is a commission-based partnership, not employment.
Structure can include:
- Commission on confirmed orders
- Retainer + commission model (if strategic geography)
- Long-term revenue share on retained accounts
- Performance-based incentives for key account conversion
Compensation will be directly aligned to revenue generation and long-term account success.
