Profile: Senior Consultant - Informatica PowerCenter/Oracle Experience: 3-12 Years Location: Pune | Mumbai | Bangalore (On-site/Hybrid) Work Mode: On-site/Hybrid with rotational shifts & weekend support (as required) Role Overview: We are hiring an experienced Senior Consultant for a globally recognized multinational organization. This is a high-impact, production-driven role supporting enterprise-scale data platforms. Ideal for hands-on ETL professionals who enjoy solving complex data challenges and owning critical systems. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, enhance & optimize Informatica PowerCenter ETL workflows, mappings & mapplets Perform deep-dive debugging, log analysis & issue resolution across ETL and Oracle DB layers Analyze workflow performance and implement tuning improvements Write, optimize & tune complex Oracle SQL queries Analyze & troubleshoot BI reports and underlying query logic Support production activities , impact analysis & deployments Ensure code quality, documentation & best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable data solutions Required Skills & Expertise:- Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Informatica PowerCenter Advanced Oracle SQL development & performance tuning Solid Data Warehousing concepts : Fact/Dimension modeling, Star & Snowflake schemas, SCD Experience troubleshooting reporting environments Strong debugging & performance optimization skills Professional Skills: Excellent analytical & problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently with end-to-end ownership Strong communication & stakeholder management skills Detail-oriented with strong documentation practices Flexibility to support production-critical environments Why Join?: Work in a globally established enterprise environment Exposure to large-scale, business-critical data platforms Long-term engagement with strong growth potential
