Key Responsibilities: - Responsible for end-to-end application design, development, and maintenance activities supporting robust, scalable, and high-performance backend services. - Manage requirement gathering and analysis necessary for integration build. - Bring continuous improvements and efficiencies to processes by means of automation, reduction of design complexity, response time, and simplifying the end-user experience. - Support builds through deployment, testing, troubleshooting bugs, fixing, and problem-solving skills. - Provide in-depth knowledge transfer, on-the-job training, and guidance to improve team productivity. - Lead the team and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines. - Should be flexible in working hours, ready to work in shifts, and provide on-call support. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Java development (back-end and front-end). - Well acquainted with frameworks such as Spring, Spring MVC, MyBatis, Spring Data JPA. - Working experience with databases like MS SQL, MySQL, Oracle. - Familiar with SQL, create index, and optimize. - Experienced in React, JavaScript, and jQuery. - Working experience with API development. - Familiar with G3/Ansible Deployment tools. - Candidate should be flexible enough to take on different responsibilities as per the requirements.
