Druid Architect

Job Description: We are looking for a Druid Architect with strong hands‑on expertise in designing, building, and scaling Druid-based analytics platforms. The role involves end‑to‑end ownership of architecture, ingestion pipelines, performance tuning, and production readiness. Required Skills: • 4–10 years of experience in data engineering or analytics platform engineering • Strong hands‑on experience with Apache Druid (architecture, cluster design, ingestion, tuning, scaling) • Practical experience with data ingestion frameworks: Kafka, Flink, Airflow, or Spark • Strong SQL skills • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) • Python development experience • Good understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and performance optimization • Ability to troubleshoot ingestion issues, query performance, cluster stability, and scaling challenges • Experience working with JSON ingestion specs and designing reliable data pipelines •
