Job Overview
The Restaurant Manager is the senior-most operational leader of the restaurant, accountable for guest satisfaction, people performance, financial outcomes, and adherence to brand standards. The role combines strong floor leadership with operational, commercial, and people management ownership.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end restaurant operations including opening, service execution, and closing
• Act as the primary custodian of guest experience and service recovery
• Own guest satisfaction metrics and feedback systems
• Recruit, train, schedule, mentor, and evaluate FOH leadership and service teams
• Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning
• Conduct daily briefings, inspections, and operational audits
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and licensing regulations
• Coordinate seamlessly with Kitchen and Bar teams
• Achieve budgeted food and beverage revenues
• Monitor and control costs, inventory, cash, and energy usage
• Approve beverage purchases based on par levels and consumption trends
• Implement and monitor BRISOPs and service standards
• Use POS systems (PetPooja / TableCheck) and reservation platforms (Reserve Go) effectively
• Build relationships with corporate guests, vendors, authorities, and third-party partners
Experience & Profile
• Proven leadership experience in premium or fine-dining restaurants
• Strong understanding of food & beverage operations and financial controls
• Hospitality Management graduates preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
