Title: Telemarketing Executive
Overview
We are looking for an energetic and confident Telemarketing Executive to handle outbound and/or inbound calls, promote products or services, generate leads, and support sales activities. The role focuses on customer interaction, lead conversion, and maintaining accurate call records.
Role & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain products/services
Handle inbound customer calls and resolve basic queries
Generate leads and schedule follow-up calls or appointments
Maintain daily call logs and customer records
Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets
Follow scripts, compliance guidelines, and call quality standards
Coordinate with sales and support teams for lead closure
Update CRM or Excel sheets with call outcomes
Handle customer objections and provide accurate information
Maintain professional communication at all times
Education / Qualification
12th pass / Graduate in any stream
Knowledge / Skills
Good communication and persuasion skills
Fluency in local language and basic English
Ability to handle rejection and work with targets
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / CRM)
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach
