Job Description for IT Recruiter role:
Responsibilities:
•Understanding the resource requirement.
• Sourcing profiles using internal databases, Internet web sites, job postings, Referrals and Networking.
• Resume filtering.
• Conducting telephone interviews to assess candidate's technical abilities, professionalism and communication
skills.
• Maintaining the Database
• Screen CV (candidate sourcing, talk to each candidate before sending their CV’s to client, ensure brief them about
the client, requirements, opportunity, screening, pre-qualifying, negotiating salary,) Check candidate interest.
• Scheduling interviews with technical panel of company with regard to scheduling of telephonic and face-to-face
interview.
• Obtaining feedback on Candidates from panel. Communications with the candidate till the offer stage and follow-
ups till the candidates join the company.
• Recruiting on almost all spheres of IT skills for Junior,Middle & Senior Management level
• Good at communication skills and a self-sufficient team player having ability to communicate across cultures and
among people at different levels in organisation.
