Overview: As a BDS | Dentist, you will play a crucial role in providing oral health care and treatment to patients. Your expertise and care will contribute to ensuring the overall well-being of individuals by addressing dental issues and promoting good oral hygiene. Key Responsibilities: Qualifications: BDS (Mandatory) Languages: English, Hindi, Gujarati, Bengali Shifts: Rotational shifts Work Experience: Fresher/Experienced Candidates can apply Any Graduate/Undergraduate. Mode: Work from Office Work location: Electronic City, Bangalore. Role & Responsibilities: • Excellent in handling patients. • Inbound calls related to Liver Transplant related (LTP), Bone Marrow Transport (BMT) and Expert Oncology related calls to be handled. • Need to maintain a tracker in detail of all call handled by respective associate/Doctor. • Follow-ups as per protocol need to be done on a timely basis. • Feedback must be collected from patients who reaches hospital. • Online Diabetic queries/chat to be handled. • Need to ensure required information is given to the patients so that they will reach hospital to consult doctor.
