Cold caller/Telecaller

Key Responsibilities • Make outbound cold calls to potential and existing customers from the provided database. • Inform customers about latest jewellery collections, offers, discounts, and events at the showroom. • Maintain and update customer records and call logs in the excel sheet. • Follow up with customers regarding festive offers, new launches, and promotions. • Handle basic customer queries regarding jewellery products, pricing, and schemes. • Coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments and walk-ins. • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to increase repeat visits. Required Skills • Strong communication and persuasion skills. • Confident speaking ability in Gujarati and Hindi (English is Plus) • Good customer handling and relationship-building skills. • Basic knowledge of telecalling or sales processes. • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude. • Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM, call logs). Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹168,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
