Senior Product Manager (Cartrade Mumbai)

The Product Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives and product innovations and development within the CarTrade Infotech. This position requires an entrepreneurial mindset, a passion for emerging technologies, and the ability to drive ideas from conception to implementation by working together with various stakeholders including engineering, marketing, sales and external customers. The role will rely deeply on leveraging Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI capabilities to unlock new product opportunities and features, improve decision-making, and drive innovation-led growth. Key Responsibilities ● Lead the product development life cycle for certain defined products. ● Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and user research to inform product strategy. ● Develop and clearly communicate product roadmaps, strategic objectives, and growth opportunities. ● Collaborate closely with technical, design, and business teams to build, test, and launch new products and services. ● Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and alliances to accelerate innovation and enhance market positioning. ● Define and track success metrics, analyze performance data, and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights. ● Champion a culture of experimentation, agile execution, and continuous learning within the Lab. ● Identify opportunities to integrate AI/ML and Generative AI solutions into products, workflows, and strategic initiatives. ● Work with engineering and data teams to conceptualize, evaluate, and scale AI-driven product features and automation use cases. ● Stay updated on emerging AI trends, LLM ecosystems, and applied AI innovations to inform product strategy and competitive positioning. ● Drive experimentation using AI-enabled tools for user insights, personalization, automation, and operational efficiency. Qualifications ● Post graduate degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. ● 3+ years of experience either in Product Management . ● Strong analytical skills and familiarity with market research methodologies. ● Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams. ● Passion for technology trends and familiarity with agile product development methodologies. ● Hands-on Experience in product management is required. ● Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, or data-driven product initiatives, either through product development, strategy projects, or experimentation. ● Understanding of AI product lifecycle concepts such as model evaluation, experimentation, data feedback loops, or AI-enabled user experiences is a strong plus. ● Familiarity with AI tools, LLM-based applications, analytics platforms, or AI-assisted decision-making frameworks will be advantageous.
