Qualifications • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, and stakeholders. • Proven ability in customer service and providing an exceptional dining experience. • Experience with staff training and management to create a cohesive and efficient team. • Knowledge of escrows and title insurance processes as applicable to restaurant operations is highly advantageous. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is a plus. • Educational qualifications in hospitality management or a related field are preferred.
