Looking for a dynamic Sr. HR for a SaaS Company based out of Mumbai!
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with the organisation’s goals and culture
• Oversee employee relations, including addressing and resolving employee concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary matters independently
• Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including maintaining proper employee records and documentation
• Coordinate performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans
• Develop and implement strategies for employee engagement and retention
• Overlook Hiring for Senior Hires
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
Qualifications
• Minimum 7+ years’ experience in a Senior HR position, some of which should be as a part of the core team/management team
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, from a reputed institute or an equivalent combination of training and experience required. A master's is a plus.
• Proven experience in implementing employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive work culture, preferably in a fast-growing startup
• Proficiency in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance measures
• Experience in administering employee benefits programs and managing payroll processes
• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word
• Passion to work with people for the people
