Advanced Specialist, Operational Excellence - Supply Chain

As a Global Analytics Specialist, your role involves engaging and collaborating with Business users to understand their analytical needs. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying dashboards and reports to enhance business insight effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with the business to understand activities, systems, and data to advance analytics and business intelligence reporting - Create reports and dashboards for the user community with a global perspective - Collaborate with Regional Analytics teams to share key learnings and propagate best practices - Follow approved Analytics development model ensuring privacy, security, and adherence to standards - Stay updated with the latest technology developments in Analytics and apply new ideas to enhance solutions - Work with Business Intelligence specialists to create new data models and define data sources - Ensure Analytical solutions are responsive, reliable, accurate, and up to date - Lead projects and participate in cross-functional teams to deploy and sustain dashboards and reports effectively Qualifications: - Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Alteryx Designer, SharePoint, SAP, and SAP BW - Expertise in Power BI, Alteryx Designer, and advanced Excel skills - Exposure to Business Intelligence tools like Salesforce Analytics, SAP Analytics Cloud, and SAP BW/BI - Familiarity with Microsoft Power tools such as Power App and Power Automate - Experience in Data Scientist roles is advantageous - Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce data structure and concepts - Strong project management and change management skills with excellent communication abilities - Organizational skills with attention to detail, multitasking, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities - Exposure to Customer Service, Logistics, or Commercial areas is desirable - Bachelor's or Master's degree in math, science, engineering, IT, or related field.
