We are looking for passionate and disciplined Continental Chefs (Commis & Demi Chef de Partie) to join our exclusive Central Kitchen / Cloud Kitchen team. The central kitchen prepares food daily for supply to our café outlets, with a strong focus on quality, consistency, and timely dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
• Prepare continental dishes as per standardized recipes and outlet orders
• Execute daily production in the central kitchen based on outlet requirements
• Ensure food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
• Coordinate packing, labeling, and daily dispatch to café outlets
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness as per kitchen standards
• Follow FIFO, portion control, and inventory usage guidelines
• Support menu prep, bulk cooking, and pre-preparation activities
• Work closely with the kitchen team to meet daily production timelines
Role Requirements
• Experience in Continental cuisine (cloud kitchen / central kitchen experience preferred)
• Position open for Commis Chef and DCDP levels
• Knowledge of bulk preparation and standardized recipes
• Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen discipline
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production kitchen
• Team-oriented with attention to detail and consistency
