SEO and google ads Manager

Immediate joiner can apply We are looking for an experienced SEO & Google Ads Specialist who can drive measurable growth through organic search and paid campaigns. Candidate has a strong analytical mindset, deep hands-on experience with SEO strategies and Google Ads, and a proven track record of improving rankings, traffic, and ROI. Key Responsibilities (Primary Responsibility) • Develop and execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis • Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, and page speed • Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions using Google Search Console & GA4 • Manage backlink strategy and ensure white-hat SEO practices • Collaborate with content and development teams for SEO implementation Google Ads (Strong Hands-On Required) • Plan, create, and optimize Google Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns • Conduct keyword research, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization Required Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of hands-on experience in SEO and Google Ads • Strong understanding of search algorithms, ranking factors, and paid media strategy • Proven experience managing Google Ads accounts • Expertise in tools like Google Ads, GA4, Search Console, • Solid knowledge of conversion tracking, UTM tagging, and attribution models • Experience with A/B testing and landing page optimization • Strong analytical and reporting skills Good to Have • Experience with international SEO or multi-location campaigns • Knowledge of YouTube Ads and remarketing strategies • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS platforms • Majorly in IT company expeirence Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹238, ₹750,000.00 per year Benefits: • Paid time off Ability to commute/relocate: • Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Application Question(s): • What is your current ctc and expected?
