Job Title: Social Media Manager Industry: FMCG / Tea & Beverage Experience: 5–7+ Years Location: Matigara, Siliguri Job Summary We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to lead and manage the digital presence of our tea brand across multiple social media platforms. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, executing social media campaigns, growing online communities, and enhancing brand awareness for our tea products. The ideal candidate should have experience working with consumer brands, FMCG, food & beverage, or lifestyle brands, and should understand how to build storytelling around products, lifestyle, and consumer engagement. Social Media Strategy • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand marketing and business objectives. • Identify target audiences and create campaigns to promote tea products, seasonal launches, and brand initiatives. • Plan monthly and quarterly content calendars across social media platforms. Content Creation & Campaign Management • Create and manage engaging content including posts, reels, short videos, stories, infographics, and brand campaigns. • Develop storytelling content around tea culture, lifestyle, wellness, recipes, and product benefits. • Coordinate with design and video teams to produce high-quality creative assets. Community Management • Monitor and respond to customer comments, messages, and reviews across platforms. • Build strong online communities and improve customer engagement. • Handle consumer queries and maintain positive brand reputation. Performance Monitoring & Analytics • Track social media performance using analytics tools. • Measure KPIs such as reach, engagement rate, follower growth, conversions, and campaign ROI. • Generate monthly reports and insights to optimize campaigns. Brand & Influencer Collaborations • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators relevant to the tea, lifestyle, and wellness space. • Manage influencer campaigns, giveaways, and promotional contests. Trend Monitoring & Innovation • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms. • Suggest new formats such as UGC campaigns, influencer collaborations, and interactive content. • Implement new tools and strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement. • Required Skills • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, etc.) • Expertise in content planning and storytelling for consumer brands • Knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking • Experience with social media tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, etc.) • Strong copywriting and creative communication skills • Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and paid social campaigns • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines Preferred Qualifications • Experience in FMCG, food & beverage, lifestyle, or beverage industry • Experience in managing product launches and brand campaigns • Familiarity with influencer marketing and community building • Basic knowledge of design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools Experience • 5–7+ years of experience in Social Media Management or Digital Marketing Work Location: In person
