This includes setting up and operating video equipment, lighting, and sound. - **Editing**: Edit both photos and videos to enhance their quality, ensuring they meet professional standards. This includes color correction, retouching, and assembling raw footage into polished final products. - **Client Collaboration**: Work closely with clients to understand their vision and requirements, ensuring the final product aligns with their expectations. - **Creative Direction**: Provide creative input and direction during shoots to achieve the best possible outcome. - **Time Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of all work. - **Portfolio Maintenance**: Continuously update and maintain a strong portfolio to showcase your work to potential clients. • *Qualifications**: - Proven experience as a photographer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of photography and videography work. - Proficiency in photography and video editing software, such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc. - Strong technical knowledge of cameras, lenses, lighting, and other photography/videography equipment. - Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and color theory. - Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines. - Strong communication skills and the ability to work closely with clients to understand their needs. - A creative eye and attention to detail. - Ability to handle constructive feedback and adapt to client requests. - Flexibility to work on-site at different locations and adapt to various shooting conditions. • *Preferred Qualifications**: - Experience in different photography styles (e.g., portrait, landscape, commercial, fashion). - Knowledge of modern trends in photography and videography. - Experience in drone photography/videography is a plus. • *Compensation**: - Competitive project-based pay, with rates depending on the scope and complexity of each project. • *Job Type**: Freelance Schedule: - Day shift • *Experience**: - total work: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
