• Identify and develop new business opportunities in financial products and services
• Acquire new clients including corporate, SME, and HNI customers
• Promote financial products such as loans, investment solutions, insurance, and wealth management services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and financial institutions
• Develop sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets
• Conduct financial market research and competitor analysis
• Prepare customized financial proposals and presentations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policiy
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred)
• Proven track record in financial sales or business development
• Strong understanding of financial products (loans, investments, insurance, etc.)
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-driven with strong analytical abilities
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in banking, NBFC, fintech, or wealth management
• Strong client portfolio in corporate or retail finance
• Certifications such as CFA, CFP, or relevant finance credentials (added advantage)

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
