About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and professional Customer Operations Executive to join our team. The role involves reaching out to a provided list of contacts, engaging with them over calls, and ensuring smooth communication and follow-ups as required. Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to a given database of contacts. • Communicate information clearly and accurately. • Maintain polite and professional interactions at all times. • Record call outcomes and update internal systems accordingly. • Coordinate with internal teams when necessary. Requirements: • Fluency in Hindi (mandatory). • Comfortable and confident in handling outbound calls. • Strong verbal communication skills. • Polite, patient, and customer-focused approach. • Basic understanding of using spreadsheets/CRM tools is a plus. What We’re Looking For: Someone who is disciplined, well-spoken, and able to represent the company professionally over phone conversations. Job Types: Full-time, Internship Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote
