Economic Policy Analyst (India)

Dear Candidate, Greetings from Sanmar Group! We have an opportunity for Economic Policy Analyst role at our HO, Chennai. We are looking for a resource who will have an responsibility of tracking, analyzing and interpreting the macro-economic factors and policy and regulatory framework. Track and analyse regular economic updates (GDP, inflation, trade, fiscal, FDI inflows, monetary policies and sectoral trends) Monitor, read, interpret government policy/regulations/reforms and announcements Identify business implications Support in leadership in keeping updated on economic and policy matters thereby leadership is prepared for internal /external meetings Work with industry associations, research bodies wherever required to ensure understanding of macroeconomic, public policy and regulatory landscape. - Personal Profile: With roots/connection/solid interest in Chennai and strong interest in Macro Economics and Public Policy Qualification: - Academic Background: MBA in Tier 1-2 college or Post graduate degree in Public Policy/Macro Economics ideally 3 -5 years work experience, If you are interested kindly send your resume to
