Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Technician based in Dehradun. The Laboratory Technician will handle day-to-day tasks including operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, performing diagnostic tests, conducting quality control checks, and accurately recording results. The role also involves ensuring adherence to safety protocols and contributing to the lab's smooth operations. Qualifications • Proficiency in operating and maintaining Laboratory Equipment • Strong Quality Control and performance assessment skills • Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills • Comprehensive Laboratory Skills relevant to diagnostic processes • Experience and expertise as a Laboratory Technician • Detail-oriented with the ability to focus on precision and accuracy • Knowledge of laboratory safety protocols and standard operating procedures • A diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field • Previous experience in pathology or diagnostic labs is an advantage
