Sr. Graphic Designer (Head)

Role Overview We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in packaging design and strong proficiency in CorelDRAW. The ideal candidate should have a strong aesthetic sense, deep understanding of print production, and the ability to create impactful packaging designs and marketing materials aligned with brand guidelines. This role is ideal for someone passionate about packaging innovation, visual storytelling, and delivering high-quality print-ready artwork in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Packaging Design & Development • Design innovative and visually appealing product packaging, labels, cartons, and other print materials. • Develop packaging concepts aligned with brand identity and market positioning. • Create and modify packaging layouts, deadlines, and print-ready files. Tool & Software Usage • Use CorelDRAW (mandatory) for packaging artwork creation and editing. • Utilize Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop when required. • Ensure proper file setup including bleed, margins, color modes (CMYK/Pantone), and print specifications. Collaboration & Communication • Coordinate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand packaging requirements. • Present creative concepts and incorporate feedback efficiently. • Work closely with printing vendors to ensure accurate execution of designs. Quality Assurance • Ensure accuracy in product information, barcodes, legal text, and layout alignment. • Maintain brand consistency across packaging and promotional materials. • Review proofs and final outputs before production. Color & Aesthetics • Apply strong color theory knowledge suitable for packaging and shelf impact. • Ensure visual balance, readability, and premium finishing aesthetics. Innovation & Trends • Stay updated with the latest packaging trends, materials, printing techniques, and finishing processes. • Bring fresh and modern ideas to enhance product presentation. Education & Experience • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Graphic Design with focus on Packaging Design • Graduate degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred • Proven experience in packaging artwork and print production Technical Skills • Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW (Essential) • Understanding of packaging die lines, structural layouts, and print production processes • Knowledge of print color modes, finishing techniques, and material specifications Kindly share your updated cv - 6284147450 Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
