Internship Overview: As a Growth & Business Development Intern at Choira, you will work closely with a high-energy team in a fast-paced startup environment. This role offers hands-on exposure to growth strategy, business development, client relationship building, and sales operations within the MusicTech industry. Key Responsibilities: The selected intern will be responsible for: 1. Supporting the development and execution of growth strategies to increase market reach and revenue. 2. Building and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication. 3. Assisting in partnership discussions and negotiation processes with potential clients and collaborators. 4. Identifying business development opportunities by solving problems and analyzing market needs. 5. Managing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines and support multiple ongoing projects. 6. Using ChatGPT and AI tools to improve customer interactions and streamline communication workflows. 7. Working with CRM tools to track, manage, and analyze customer and lead data. 8. Collaborating with internal teams to brainstorm and implement innovative growth initiatives. Qualifications: ● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field. ● Strong interest in growth, sales, business development, and startup ecosystems. ● Passion for the music industry, creator economy, and technology is a plus. ● Good verbal and written communication skills. ● Comfortable working with CRM tools, Google Sheets/Excel, and basic reporting. ● Ability to work independently, take ownership, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
