Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Supervisor within Chokhi Dhani Group's FMCG division, located in Jaipur. As a Shift Supervisor, your responsibilities will include overseeing daily operations, managing workflow, coordinating schedules, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will also supervise customer service activities, address customer feedback, and ensure an excellent customer experience during your shift. Qualifications • Strong Communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. • Proficiency in Operations Management and ability to oversee daily workflows efficiently. • Experience in Store Management, including inventory handling and staffing coordination. • Expertise in Customer Service and ensuring a positive customer experience. • Proven leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to dynamic situations. • Bachelor's degree or relevant diploma in Business Management, Hospitality, or related field is a plus.
