Technical Business Analyst (Project Delivery) 6–10 years | Onsite – Goa| Working Hours: Client Time-zone Alignment (As required) Note: (Listed as Remote on job portals for wider reach, but the role is onsite at our Vasco, Goa office.) Role Overview We are looking for a Hybrid of Business Analyst and Project Manager who can bridge business stakeholders and engineering teams while also supporting project delivery and coordination for a B2B marketplace platform built on Adobe Commerce and Mirakl. This role requires a strong combination of business analysis capability, technical understanding, and delivery ownership across supply chain operations, eCommerce platforms, and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate will lead requirement discovery, translate business needs into technical specifications, and coordinate with engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of project milestones. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, technical solutioning, and project coordination. You will be responsible for navigating complex digital transformation journeys, translating high-level business visions into actionable technical roadmaps, and ensuring the disciplined execution of project milestones Key Requirements • 6–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Consulting, or Project Delivery within Digital Transformation. • Deep domain expertise in Supply Chain (inventory, logistics, fulfillment), eCommerce, and ERP ecosystems. • Expertise in discovery and elicitation, leading workshops to define complex business needs. • Proficiency in technical documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, SRS, PRDs, and User Stories with Acceptance Criteria. • Hands-on experience with technical architectures, specifically API-led integrations and microservices. • End-to-end project ownership, managing timelines, budgets, and quality across the entire lifecycle. • Agile leadership skills, including facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and feature prioritization. • Strong cross-functional orchestration, acting as the primary liaison between engineering, QA, and stakeholders. • Client advisory experience, managing international stakeholder expectations and transparent health reporting. • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with a proven ability to lead distributed, remote teams. Responsibilities • Lead Discovery & Elicitation: Lead stakeholder workshops to capture and document comprehensive business requirements. • Process Engineering: Map "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows, focusing on supply chain, ERP, and eCommerce optimizations. • Technical Translation: Convert complex business needs into detailed functional specs (FRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Integration Planning: Collaborate with architects to define integration logic for APIs, ERP systems, and marketplace platforms. • End-to-End Ownership: Drive the full project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality benchmarks. • Agile Governance: Lead Agile ceremonies and manage the product backlog through value-based prioritization. • Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary liaison between engineering, QA, and client-side executives. • Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify and resolve technical risks, dependencies, and integration bottlenecks. • Client Advisory: Serve as a trusted advisor, managing expectations and providing transparent delivery health reports. • Implementation Support: Ensure engineering and QA efforts align strictly with documented requirements and operational realities. • Support organizational change by ensuring technical solutions are adopted by end-users and align with long-term business strategy.
