Creative Lead - Graphic Design

Company Description CitrusCopy is a branding and growth studio. Our clients are bootstrapped founders and funded teams who've decided that brand is not something they'll figure out later. CitrusCopy works on the whole thing: brand identity, packaging, social, ads. Sometimes all four in the same week. This is a full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad. CitrusCopy is looking for a Lead Graphic Designer. Someone who's been around long enough to know that a brief is just the beginning of the conversation, and that good design is only good if it works. There are junior designers on the team. You'd be the person they learn from, which means your standards matter as much as your output. Day to day, you'll be working on Brand identity, Packaging, Social creatives ,Ad collaterals The role is for you if • You've spent 3 to 6 years doing real brand work. Not just concepts, but actual deliverables with actual clients. • Your relationship with typography is almost unreasonable. You notice when something's set in the wrong weight from across the room. • You've reviewed someone else's work and given them feedback that actually landed. • You're comfortable in Illustrator and Photoshop the way you're comfortable in your own kitchen. • You're genuinely curious about AI tools and what they can do for your creative process. Not because it's trendy, but because you'd rather spend your energy on ideas than repetitive production. • You don't need someone to tell you something looks off. You already know, and you've already fixed it. CitrusCopy is early stage, which means things move fast and the work is never the same two weeks in a row.
