Data Analyst- MIS and Tableau specialist

As an Analytics and Information Management professional at Citi, your role involves creating actionable intelligence for business leaders by objectively connecting and analyzing information. Key Responsibilities: - Create insightful reports using Tableau as per project objectives - Develop efficient logic, test, and execute projects in a highly agile environment - Manipulate, aggregate, and transform data from multiple sources using Gen AI tools - Share relevant insights and maintain decks for leadership presentations - Develop an understanding of the domain/business and build expertise in your area - Document details and create standardized use cases for FAQs and process documents - Perform routine data activities such as database administration, data analysis, maintenance, and data quality management - Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, safeguarding Citigroup's reputation and assets Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree with approximately 2 years of experience in data and visual analytics in the Banking/Financial services sector - Extensive hands-on experience with Tableau, including server usage - Proficiency in preparing wireframes and dashboard designs - Strong experience in SQL and querying data from databases - Familiarity with cloud-based platforms, large datasets, and data warehouses; ability to query and transform data is an added advantage - Preferred experience in Python, Hive, Impala, DataIKU, Palantir - Knowledge of cloud data platforms and prior work experience in the BFSI sector In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering actionable insights and maintaining data integrity to support business decisions at Citigroup.
