JD : Assistant Manager - HR Operations About the Role We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR Operations to support and ensure smooth execution of core HR operational processes across the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to exit. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and positive employee experience through efficient HR processes, strong coordination with internal stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. If you are detail-oriented, process-driven, and passionate about creating excellent employee experiences through operational excellence, this role will provide strong exposure and growth in HR Operations. What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) • Execute end-to-end HR operations processes including onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and exit management. • Support and coordinate Performance Management, Promotions, and Compensation Revision cycles. • Ensure timely and accurate payroll inputs submission and coordinate with Finance for payroll processing, PF, insurance, and other statutory compliances. • Maintain and update employee records in HRMS and ensure data accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. • Facilitate smooth onboarding by managing documentation, HRMS entries, and induction coordination. • Manage employee exit formalities including clearances, documentation, and system updates. • Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and HR operations. • Ensure adherence to HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements. • Generate and maintain HR reports, dashboards, and operational metrics. • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support automation initiatives using HRMS and technology platforms. • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, IT, and Business Leaders to ensure smooth HR operations delivery. What We Look For In You (Job Requirements) • 8-10 years of experience in HR Operations, preferably in the IT services industry. • Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes including onboarding, payroll coordination, performance management, and exit management. • Hands-on experience working with HRMS systems (Darwin box experience is an advantage). • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high data accuracy. • Good understanding of HR policies, compliance, and statutory requirements. • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Good analytical and reporting skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Self-driven, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
