Role Overview :
We are looking for a seasoned Talent Acquisition Leader to head the GCC hiring practice. The role involves building and managing recruitment teams, driving strategic hiring for Global Capability Centers, handling senior stakeholder relationships, and ensuring delivery excellence across technology and non-technology mandates.
Key Responsibilities
1. GCC Recruitment Strategy & Delivery
Lead end-to-end hiring for Global Capability Centers across Technology, Digital, Analytics, Finance, HR, and Shared Services functions.
Develop hiring strategies aligned with GCC workforce planning and growth roadmaps.
Manage niche, mid-senior, and leadership hiring mandates.
Drive market mapping, competitor intelligence, and talent benchmarking.
Ensure timely closures while maintaining high-quality standards.
2. Team Leadership & Capability Building (Core Focus)
Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance GCC recruitment team.
Set clear KPIs : closures, revenue targets, TAT, quality ratios, and client SLAs.
Allocate mandates strategically based on recruiter expertise.
Conduct weekly reviews, performance tracking, and coaching sessions.
Develop sourcing excellence for niche technology and global roles.
Build succession planning and second-line leadership within the team.
Foster accountability, ownership, and a performance-driven culture.
3. Client & Stakeholder Management
Act as SPOC for key GCC clients.
Collaborate with global stakeholders and India leadership teams.
Provide hiring dashboards, insights, and market updates.
Manage escalations and ensure seamless delivery experience.
Strengthen long-term client partnerships and drive repeat business.
4. Operational Excellence & Reporting
Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, cost-per-hire, revenue per recruiter).
Ensure ATS / CRM discipline and data-driven decision making.
Optimize sourcing channels including job portals, , referrals, and headhunting.
Drive process improvement initiatives and automation wherever possible.
Team Handling Requirement :
Experience managing 5–20 recruiters in a target-driven environment.
Proven track record in scaling GCC hiring teams.
Strong experience in niche IT and leadership hiring.
Ability to drive revenue and delivery performance.
